In 2008, Keith Gladdis (then a News of the World journalist, now an editor at the Mail) attempted to supply me with cocaine.

His plan was (as he secretly filmed me naked) to plant cocaine on me so that I would be arrested and  the police would have no choice but to charge me.

Then it would always be “me Vs the police” and I could never report Gladdis for harassment.

Interestingly, I found the Manchester police in 2008 (a friend at the time asked them to contact me as they were worried) very supportive, but the actions of the News of the World made me almost ashamed to seek help?
